Abstammungsurkunde = ?
Certificate of descent doesn't sound right to me.

Explanation:
notarielle Beurkundung = notarial record
recording by a notary, authentication by public act (take your pick)

Abstammungsurkunde = certificate of origin (usually only used for manufactured items... just a guess)
