It is a general term.
However, you should double-check the court of which country is meant, and what its functions are.
It could also be a 'commercial arbitration court', or an 'economic court' (in Lithuania, for instance), or a 'maritime and commercial court' (in Denmark).
It would be worth checking the websites of the corresponding country and see how they themselves translate the term.
