I am currently translating Articles of incorporation for a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft. In the process I have come across some words/phrases which I am not certain how I should render them. Suggestions would be appreciated: Gruenderversammlung (founders’ meeting/meeting of incorporators??); Unter der Firma XXX AG mit Sitz in XXX gruenden wir eine Aktiengesellschaft im Sinne …; and finally BGE

Zahn, Eichborn and Romain agree with your "founders' meeting". AltaVista English yields only 178 hits in English though, which is fewer than I expected. "Organizational meeting" is also sometimes used and got 24,000 AV hits but most were probably extraneous.
