see below Explanation: Zahn, Eichborn and Romain agree with your "founders' meeting". AltaVista English yields only 178 hits in English though, which is fewer than I expected. "Organizational meeting" is also sometimes used and got 24,000 AV hits but most were probably extraneous. Here is a sample of one set of Articles of Incorporation, unfortunately commercial companies seldom publish their Art of Inc, so most Internet examples are non-profit organizations: - http://www.semco.org/AOI.pdf - Your translation could be: - We hereby establish / found the XXX Corporation, in accordance with / in the legal sense of / according to / according to the intent of / within the meaning of YYY, located at / with registered seat at /with headquarters at / with head office at ZZZ… - This phrase or similar might also be in your context: - The legal name of this corporation shall be the XXX Corporation / Inc., hereafter referred to as the Corporation or XXX . - BGE = Bundesgerichtsentscheidung = Swiss Federal Court Decision http://www.admin.ch/TF/D/INTRO/ORGANISA.HTM - "Eine 89jährige Dame aus Derendingen SO hat sich vor dem Schweizerischen Bundesgericht durchsetzen können ..." – http://www.seniorweb.ch/de/aktuell/recht1.html - |
