Telle-quelle-Schutz Sollte die Marke, "so wie sie ist" (franz.: telle-quelle), bereits in einem Mitgliedstaat der Pariser Verbandsübereinkunft (PVÜ) vorschriftsmäßig eingetragen sein, besteht die Möglichkeit, dies geltend zu machen, mit anderen Worten, Telle-quelle-Schutz zu beantragen.
