UR = Untersuchungsrichter = examining magistrate
LGK = Landesgendarmeriekommando = federal state police (or gendarmerie) headquarters (or command) of Vorarlberg (one of Austria's nine federal states)
CI = Chefinspektor (a police NCO rank)
BI = Bezirksinspektor (a police NCO rank lower than CI)
