German term or phrase: aufgenommen mit...
This is from the transcript of a state court hearing:

"aufgenommen mit: Egon FINK, Nationale im Akt"

I'm really having trouble with how to translate this whole line, regarding Mr. Fink. I really don't have such a familiarity with the Austrian system.

Many thanks.

Explanation:
I don't understand if Egon Fink was the interviewee or a witness to an interview.

But I'm sure I can help with the Nationale im Akt:

Deutscher Duden, Bd. 8 (syononyms):

Nationale = Personalangaben =

personal details/particulars on file

I thank you for your help. I couldn't find such words in any of my dictionaries. A good synonym dictionary might be a good investment for me.

You have been most kind and considerate.

Recorded in the presence of...

Explanation:
Since this is a transcript of a deposition or something like that, that phrase would mean "recorded in the presence of..", or anything along those lines.

Explanation:
As concerns "Nationale im Akt", it does not make much sense (you are right), even to someone quite familiar with the Austrian system.

The only logical explanation here would be that it means that Mr. Fink's personal information (domicile, nationality, etc.) is on file and so it need not be repeated in this line from the transcript.
