einige Beispielsaetze:
- Die Bündelung aller Maßnahmen zur Struktur- und Beschäftigtenförderung in einem gemeinsamen Programm...
- Förderung von Wachstum und Stabilität der Beschäftigung
- Der Schwerpunkt des Vergleichs liegt in der Bewertung von Auswirkungen der Förderung auf die nationalen Politikmuster.
- Die geförderten Ausbildungs- und Beratungsaktionen waren stark am Bedarf der regionalen Wirtschaft orientiert

- Zu den Unterstützungen zählen u.a. die Akquisition von Arbeitsplätzen, Beratung bei Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen sowie die Nachbetreuung.
- Menschen, die eine Arbeit suchen, finden hier Beratung, Unterstützung und Informationen.

Bei Unterstützung bin ich mir recht sicher, sie einfach als "aid" zu übersetzen.

Aber mit der Förderung weiss ich nicht so recht...ich tendiere zu "promotion", wuerde aber gerne einige Vorschlaege von Euch dazu lesen.

It really depends on the context. For example, for "Zu den Unterstützungen..." I'd say "Support measures include". You definitely can't say "supports include". And "Struktur- und Beschäftigtenförderung" = structural ....assistance measures, but "Förderung von Wachstum und Stabilität" = Promotion of growth and sstability.
There's simply no "one-size-fits-all", equivalent, unfortunately, so glossaries and dictionaries are of limited value. It's best to look on Google and see how the terms are actually used by native speakers.

The best online dictionary in my opinion is \"linguadict\" at lexicool.com, because it gives you lots of examples of how the word is used in context.
