German term or phrase: Vermoegensbildungsgesetz
Bei Vorlage eines Vertrages nach dem 5. Vermoegensbildungsgesetz uebernimmt die Firma einen Arbeitgeberanteil von DM 52,- brutto monatlich.

Does anyone know the equivalent of this law (if there is one)? Also, is 5. part of the name of the law?
