German to English translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents
German term or phrase:Revisionsklager/Revisionsbeklagter
Text about a court ruling, is this appeal plaintiff/defendant?
Explanation: Romain's Dictionary of Legal Terms says: Revision is an appeal on points of law. Revisionsbeklagter: is "respondent in an appeal on points of law" and Revisionsklaeger is "appellant in an appeal on points of law". YOu can of course shorten these to respondent and appellant as long as the context is clear enough to emphasize that you are dealing with an appeal on points of law.
