Just going by what I have now, I would suggest: "The plaintiff delivered a lecture and made it known to witnesses"

It could be that the plaintiff provided witnesses with information related to that lecture. This is the only proper conclusion to be drawn based on the context provided by you.

Ina, this one is interesting. The construction with stellen is so unusual. I came up with this meaning after going on the Northern Light search and finding a site where das Wissen von Zeugen apparently meant expert knowledge. So it sounded like entering the lecture as expert knowledge. I can't be sure without more context whether it was entered on the court record as such, but that'a the way it sounds to me.
