Ina, this one is interesting. The construction with stellen is so unusual. I came up with this meaning after going on the Northern Light search and finding a site where das Wissen von Zeugen apparently meant expert knowledge. So it sounded like entering the lecture as expert knowledge. I can't be sure without more context whether it was entered on the court record as such, but that'a the way it sounds to me.
