This is from the shareholders' meeting of a Swiss company:

"Fuer das Geschaeftsjahr 2000 wird dem Verwaltungsrat und der Geschaeftsleitung einstimmig Decharge (accent aigu over "e") erteilt.

Dechargé is the Swiss equivalent of the German "Entlastung". The Board of Management is granted a discharge, i.e. their management of the past year is approved
