I just wanted to get the exact meaning correct here:

"Der Unternehmer ist berechtigt, den Handelsvertretervertrag mit einer Frist von 4 Wochen zum Monatsende zu kuendigen..."

"zum Monatsende" would be be translated here something like "calculated from the end of the month"?
