Would appreciate it if anyone knows the English term for this. It amounts to a power of attorney or trusteeship

Gemäß Art. 1 des Vertrages übernimmt der Auftragnehmer (XXX) für den Auftrag-geber (YYY) sämtliche Geschäfte finanzieller Art, die dem Auftragnehmer auf diese Weise angezeigt werden. In Art. 1 des Vertrages sind folgende Geschäfte beispielhaft aufgeführt:
- mit Kreditunternehmen abzuschließende Kreditgeschäfte credit operations: Konteneröffnungen, Kreditvereinbarungen, zu erhaltende oder zu erteilende Garantien für alle Arten von Geschäftsvorgängen, Verträge über Leasingkredite oder finanzielle Vermietungen, Factoring-Vereinbarungen, Maßnahmen zur Aufbringung der kommerziellen Forderungen usw.

Reading your context I would prefer the first meaning which is also much more common.
