German to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright / patentese
German term or phrase:Nutzungsgerät
This is a patent claim for a licensing system that works with cellular technology:
Verfahren zur Bereitstellung einer Nutzungslizenz im Zusammenhang mit einem DRM-System,m with einem **Nutzungsgerät**...
I've translated Nutzungslizenz as right-of-use license, so I'm inclined to translate Nutzungsgerät as right-of-use device or licensed device (i.e. a device that you must hold a license for to use). Am I on the right track with this, or does something else occur to anyone?
