Der Verfügungskläger rügt die Werbung der Verfügungbeklagten auf deren Internetseite betreffend das von der Verfügungbeklagten eingesetzte Gerät.

It is about patent/patent infringement/ and I am assuming violation of an injunction. The party in violation of the injunction is in Switzerland. I have been using "plaintiff" and "defendant". Is there a specific term for Verfügungskläger or Verfügungsbeklagter?
