Thanks a lot - I just could not find any other/enough examples where sags or drips were listed as glass defects to be certain that it is the correct word - so I ended up writing a note to the client

Sagging/Slumping: Between 1000 - 1300 degrees F. (around 700 o C) most types of glass soften. The glass begins to lose shape, stretching or sagging in unsupported areas. This process is often used with sheet glass, allowing the glass to slump into or over a mold.
