German term or phrase: Veräußerungserlöse
I am translating a marketing agreement for a realestate investment co. More context would be: "Für Zeichnungen, die aus der Reinvestition der ... Veräußerungserlöse reultieren und nur 2%Agio beinhalten . . . "
I appreciate all your help!
Anita

2 hrs
disposal proceeds / amount realized

Explanation:
Those are the 2 translations given by Zahn, Bank- & Börsenwesen.

You might also be able to use "proceeds from the sale of..." or a phrase similar to that.
Zahn lists "disposal of assets" or "asset disposal" for Veräußerung von Anlagen, and that seems to fit your context.

While Schäfer does not list Veräußerungserlös, he does list
Veräußerungsgewinn m
(ReW) gain on disposal (or sale) or other transfer, § 17 EStG
(Fin) disposition gain
(StR) (capital) gain

Veräußerung f
(com) sale
– realization
– disposal/disposition (ie, for a consideration)
(Re) transfer (ie, for a consideration)
(Re) alienation (ie, in real property law)

Maybe one of those terms will be of help as well.

Net profits from the sale of ...

Explanation:

Erlöse = Net profits

Veräußerung = Sale of ...

... this should not require any further explanation.

Hope this helps.
