English translation:a staff of more than 200 experienced associates [or employees] worldwide
Explanation:
The German Mitarbeiter is best translated as "associate" in English, it carries the same euphemistic connotations and avoids the use of the term Angestellter / employee. A co-worker is someone with whom you work, the German for that would be Kollege. I would most certainly not use the term collaborator in this context.
Be careful with the use of "staffs" in the plural, it should be "a staff of employees or associates", not staffs.

teams of employees

Explanation:
The original text is a little unclear. Is it now 200 "members in experienced teams of employees", or are there "200 teams of experienced employees".

Co-worker is a seldomly used term, more often uused for free-lance people. "staff" in this connection also does not sound right.

experienced staff / team / collaborators

Explanation:
Langenscheidt translates "Mitarbeiterstab" with "staff, team" and " sie gehört zu seinem engsten Mitarbeiterstab" = "she's one of his closes collaborators"

I do not think that "Mitarbeiter" needs to be translated in addition to "Stab", "staff" or "team" on their own will do; your sentence:

" Customer support and software development are backed up/supported by significant investments from more than 200 experienced staffs/teams."
