telemarketing Explanation: As native German I understand the proposed German text this way:"We have added new features to our telemarketing process in the third quarter of the year." It seems to me that they are just talking about new kinds of media, such as video conferences, etc. Therefore, the expression 'telemarketing' seems to fit best since they are talking about communication tools used for advertising purposes.
