German term or phrase: Die Command Line-Bedienung
Die Command Line-Bedienung wurde Anfang der 90-er Jahre durch HTML und einen Browser ersetzt, der das Surfen für jedermann, auch für einen Boris Becker, vereinfacht hat. - Also, am I missing the Boris Becker joke???

command line usage/control
Explanation:
Hahahahahahahahahah ... hahahahahaha
Good one. Boris Becker was never known as being the smarty pants when interviewed by various sports commentators (just stating public opinion here - sorry, Boris :->). He played great tennis, though! Back to the question: how do you like the above translation? This is referring to good (?) old [MS-]DOS {and the like] versus web browsers nowadays for controlling your computer and making it do what you want. That's really an inaccurate comparison since one is an operating system and the other an internet application. Enough with the rambling,
Cheerio,
Dierk

Explanation:
Boris Becker does TV spots for AOL here in Germany where he looks unbelievingly at his monitor, smiles and says "Ich bin drin!!!!!" meaning that any dummy can surf the Internet with AOL.
