I've never come across this word before, but with an additional "r" between the "e" and the "l" it seems to be a dialect (Austrian?) word for ... the male member. Another possiblity would of course be a brandname. But who would want to be called ... Well, you know ;-)
Perhaps this "Z. tape" was only included in the list, because someone was trying to be funny?
