disagree  mckinnc: you can't say waste disposers; the term waste disposal exists but not disposers
4 mins
-> The US EPA uses the term disposers when referring to companies that dispose of waste.

disagree  Roland Grefer: this refers to the supply and disposal lines, rather than the companies themselves
45 mins
-> See http://www.epa.gov/enviro/html/cerclis/cerclis/_overview.htm... I agree it's not an elegant term.

utilities (companies)

Explanation:
Literally, it means 'supply and disposal companies', but this can generally be summarised into 'utilities companies' in English.

Utilities covers electricity, water, gas, telephone, etc.

Without the rest of the sentence, it's difficult to work out how you would formulate it, but I presume it means all the utilities are already available on the site.

agree  Ralf Lemster: ...but shouldn't it be "utility companies"?
9 mins
-> I think you can say either, but you're right, 'utility companies' does seem more common ...

disagree  Roland Grefer: this refers to supply and disposal line connectivity, rather than the companies themselves
45 mins
-> OK - we'll go for it without the 'companies'!

(public) utilities

Explanation:
... (public) utility lines to and from the property exist.

Typically this refers to gas, water, electricity and sewer lines. Be aware, though, that "anliegend" means that these utilities have (only) been provided up to the right of way; anything beyond that (on the property itself) typically needs to be installed. This German phrase is commonly used when a piece of land without improvements (buildings) is advertised.
