Marketing - Marketing / Market Research
German term or phrase: AS-Service
"guter AS-Service" , says a market research respondent about a car manufacturer's range of giftware. That's all the context I have, I'm afraid. It must be quite a common abbreviation though as lots of large companies seem to have an AS-Service & Support Abteilung. But what on earth does it stand for???

Thanks for your help.

after-sales service
Explanation:
I think this is an English abbreviation - certainly a lot of hits for after-sales service and support!

The use of English abbreviations is something I\'ve encountered - and been thrown by on occasion - quite a few times now in German texts.
