ICR = Intercostalraum, also Explanation: der zweite Interkostalraum rechts (das ist der Aortenauskulationspunkt). Parasternal = parasternal. You are wrong in your assumption about 2. ( see my explanation above). This clinical finding of a 2/6 - 3/6 heart murmor might be indicative of aotic stenosis. |
