Medical - Medical: Cardiology
German term or phrase: 2. ICR rechts parasternal
körperlicher Untersuchungsbefund eines Herzpatienten:

ICR rechts = aortic valve?
2. in diesem Fall = bicuspid aortic valve?
parasternal = parasternal?

English translation:ICR = Intercostalraum, also
Explanation:
der zweite Interkostalraum rechts (das ist der Aortenauskulationspunkt). Parasternal = parasternal.

You are wrong in your assumption about 2. ( see my explanation above).

This clinical finding of a 2/6 - 3/6 heart murmor might be indicative of aotic stenosis.

agree  Anne Schulz: 'right second intercostal space' - 'right second parasternal intercostal space' is also possible but,, I believe, quite uncommon
