German to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology
German term or phrase: Kollateralisierung
Aus einem medizinischen Bericht:
Koronare Zweigefäßerkrankungen mit bekanntem Verschluß des RIVA (Kollateralisierung über den Ramus diagonalis I).

Two-vessel disease w/ known RIVA occlusion (collateralization... Ramus diagonalis I).

Does the word collateralization exist? Why "über Ramus diagonalis"?

Thank you for your help!
