German term or phrase: schnüren
Describing the services offered by a support center for patients on a new type of medication. Not sure what to do with "geschnürtes." Does it literally mean tied/laced/ bound or does it have meaning that escapes me?

In den ersten Therapiemonaten erhalten Neu-Patienten fortan ein speziell geschnürtes sechsteiliges Infopaket: Im ersten Monat beispielsweise alle wichtigen Hilfsmittel rund um die Anwendung, wie Kühltasche, automatische Injektionshilfe und Reisebox oder im zweiten Monat einen umfassenden Ratgeber, der den Umgang mit der Krankheit erleichtert.

"geschnürt" in this context just transports the image of tying a parcel and in this case simply means: packing together a set of information materials;
you might as well leave it out without losing any of the information
