There's any number of "healthy back" products on the market here in the US, a "healthy back bag" (which you can buy through various catalogs), a "healthy back chair" ... But I'm not sure if you can use the term "healthy back" in your context.

You may have to turn things around and use a term like "injury prevention"

Maybe a phrase like
"ergonomically correct methods to prevent back injuries" would work ? HTH.
