Die klassische und neuere kortikoidfreie Therapie (von atopisches Dermatitis)stuetzt sich auf Wirkstoffe wie ammonium bituminosum sine bitolum 1-10%, Liquor carbonis detergens, etc.

Obviously, some sort of active substance for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. However, I am striking out in my medical dictionaries and on the Web. Any thoughts on what this might be in English, or if I should just leave it in this latinate form?
