I can't seem to find this term in a dictionary (hard copy or online) for love or money. The term is being used in the context of bone treatment, for example in the compound "Auflagerungsosteoplastik". So this is a type of osteoplasty. It is also used as a verb, as in talking about transplants in the jaw being "aufgelagert".
I can't pin this word down. I THINK it may mean "attachment" or "fastening", but if anyone else has some suggestions, I sure would appreciate them!
