Having gone through all this, I think I can help you...
EDA is the acronym for either Epiduralanalgesie or Epiduralanaesthesie. After the epidural, they place a catheter for 24 hours.
DR I: Dammriss, i.e. tear of the perineum.
HKT: Hematocrit level, i.e. the hemoglobin concentration (important to check if you lost a lot of blood during delivery).

HKT could be Hct

Explanation:
Not an exact match but plausible:

Routledge German dictionary of medicine:

Hk --> siehe Haematokrit

Haematokrit m (Lab) haematorcit, Hct., Haematocrit reading/value,
(Verhaeltnis zwischen erythrozyten- und Plastmavolumen)

Sorry, couldn't find any of the other ones.

Explanation:
Laboratory values: Hct 31%,

DR is Dammriss which means perineal tear and the numeral "I" is probably grade 1, ie. grade 1 perineal tear/tear of the perineum.

Local anaesthesia was given.

I'm not sure about the Katheter -EDA, obviously catheter something; I may get back to you on that.
Hope this helps,
Nick
