These abbreviations occur in the x-ray report of a patient suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Amongst the findings it states -

'Bd. Haende d.v.' - then lists the findings on the hands, before going on to 'Bd. Fuesse d.p' and again listing findings.
English translation:dorsoventral, dorsoplantar
Explanation:
the x-ray relates to both the dorsal and ventral sides of the hand and the dorsal and plantar sides of the feet.
