Morbus is translated into English as "disease" and is generally put after the name - e.g. Morbus Crohn = Crohn's disease, Morbus Hodgkins = Hodgkin's disease, etc.

Colitis ulcerosa = Ulcerative colitis: English tends to translate Latin terms that German leaves in Latin. e,g, (caput humeri = humeral head)
