This is one of the findings of an orthopantomograph of the lower jaw for a patient with apical periodontitis.
apikale Aufhellung an den Zähnen 33 32 42 WF mit apikaler Aufhellung
This is how it appears although I suspect some punctuation has been missed out somewhere. In view of the fact that these are X-ray findings, I thought Aufhellung may refer to light areas on the X-ray but don't know how to express this properly if it is the case.
I think WF stands for Wurzelfüllung.

Since the radiograph is a negative, "[radio]lucent" areas actually are darker than normal as the image is views on an illuminator: Bone loss/infection leads to local loss of calcium, hence is more radiolucent, shown as a darker, more exposed ara in the radiograph.
