RAO Right Anterior Oblique (RAO); AoPs Aortic Pressures (AOPs)
Explanation:

RAO Right Anterior Oblique (RAO); AoPs Aortic Pressures (AOPs)

[I assume that the reference to a Ventrikulogramm refers to to cardiac imaging, not cerebral imaging (where ventriculograph – of the cerebral ventricles - has long been superseded by less invasive and more informative CT and MR imaging]

There is a possibility that both of these abbreviations already reflect the English version
RAO (Right Anterior Obliqu) refers to the patient’s position vis-à-vis the imaging input plane and defines resulting projection of x-ray beam through the anatomy in this position.

Several AltaVista searches (in German and English, or any language, in combination with potentially related words) yielded some possibly useful hits concerning AoPs/AOPs/AOP

AOP (AOPs would be English Plural)
Aortic pressure/s:
>>OBJECTIVE: The classical description of ventriculoarterial coupling by calculating the ratio between the effective arterial elastance Ea to the end-systolic elastance Ees does not give insight into the underlying dynamics of the interaction between left-ventricular pressure (LVP) and aortic pressure (AOP) and flow (AOF).

Other possibles, though less likely:
anatomisch orientierten Punktion (AOP)
http://www.thieme.de/ultraschall/03_99/098_ad.html
Assessment of Patients (AOP)

Financial term

More context, including the actual sentence containing the term in question, is usually helpful – especially with abbreviations and acronyms, which tend to be much harder to research than are words.
