German term or phrase: Kohlensäuregasbad
aus dem Heilangebot einer Therme
Ilona Leimisch
English translation:carbon dioxide bath
Explanation:
i would like to support Veznas suggestion if we would know that this Spa is in the former CSSR, like Karlsbad (karlovyvary), Marienbad, Eger, the only places I found where this 'DRY' method is practiced.

like:

www.karlovyvary.cz/lazne/l41_aj.htm:
Dry carbon dioxide bath.
the patient's body is closed in a sealed bag filled with cabon dioxide.

or:

www.marienbad.cz/lazne/de/hotely/ce/lrc.html:
Gas-Umschläge (trockenes Gas-Bad mit Kohlendioxid).

But any German site referring to this treatment contains the word 'trocken'.

So, this is tricky since we don't know where this spa is.

I wonder if this shouldn't just be Kohlensäurebad and the word gas was added to take the sting out of 'säure'.
But, we don't worry about Kohlensäure in the mineral water or any fuzzy drink.
"Who put the bubbles in my champagne?"

Good luck! ;-))

spa treatments in the carbonic acid springs

Explanation:
There are a number of sites offering the term "carbonic-acid bath"; however, all these sites appear to have been translated into English. To my ear, a "carbonic acid bath" does not sound very inviting, thus I'd suggest s.th. like "spa treatments (or baths) in the carbonic acid springs" or some such phrase that sounds more appealing and luxurious.

acid bath and a light lunch), aroma bath, oriental massages, and aqua ...

9 hrs
carbon dioxide dry-bath

Explanation:
Carbon dioxide is a gas, so there is no need to point it out again. The idea of "Gasbad" suggests that it is not the kind of bath where carbon dioxide is desolved in water (carbon dioxide water bath), buth rather daministered through either "carbon dioxide dry-bath" or "carbon dioxide "vapor bath"".
