Tonus und formale Kraftprüfung unauffällig. Seitengleich mittellebhaft auslösbare Muskeleigenreflexe, keine Pyramidenbahnzeichen. Erweiterte Gang-/Standprüfung unauffällig. Eudiadochokinese, unauffällige Zeigeversuche, unauffällige Sensibilitätsprüfung. Psychomotorisch leicht verlangsamt, affektiv tief niedergestimmt, kaum auslenkbar. Inhaltlich auf körperliche Beschwerden eingeengt. Deutliches Morgentief mit wenig erholsamen Schlaf.
