German term or phrase: liquorisotense Strukturen
From a medical report regarding a man injured in a motorcycle accident, in which he sustained injuries to his head, shoulder and ribs. Writing in particular about a cranial MRI performed on the accident victim, the doctor writes:

Normale Weite der inneren und äußeren Liquorräume. Z. T. betonte perivascular Räume mit zystoider Erweiterung. Links im Stammganglienbereich auch nahezu liquorisotense Strukturen, in erster Linie kleinen Tacunären.

Can anyone shed some light on these terms?

isointense = having the same intensity as some other object (from Dorland's) Sometimes also isotense
The structures were nearly of the same intensity as the surrounding fluid, which made them more difficult to detect, I imagine. No idea what Tacunäre are
