This is a context less question, so I am basically asking for input and ideas.

These are the headings on a table of a lab report for the testing of stents

Katalog-Nr. Größe Länge Stückzahl Bemerkung **Einweisung/Labor**

Under Einweisung/Labor is a list of dates.

Normally Einweisung would be instruction or briefing, but I am not sure it that makes sense in this context. I am wondering if it could be the date the stents were received at the laboratory.

Einweisung ins Krankenhaus ist admission, (nothing to do with instruction or briefing). Hier könnte aber auch die Einweisung/Einsendung (receipt) einer z.B. Probe ins Büro gemeinst sein.... Vielleicht etwas mehr Kontext.

After some further study of the material we settled on "delivery"
