Diese Transplantate stammen von lebenspendern, z.B. Knochengewebe bei Implnatation von Hüftgelenken, wie das Resekat des Hüftkopfes

I believe this is the material resected from the femur.
Maybe someone can confirm?
A Google search resulted in
two Czech documents, Pschyrembel & Nöhring do not list Resekat.

I'm going to go with my instinct and assume it should read ResekTat - Bunjes says that's an operative specimen

Reuter& Reuter are silent on the subject, as are Roche and Pschyrembel
