Diagnose: Weber-B-Fraktur links mit Ruptur der vorderen Syndesmose sowie Kapselruptur des oberen Sprunggelenkes. Kleine Trümmerzone im ventralen Frakturbereich.
Operation: Osteosynthese mit interfragmentärer Zugschraube und 6-Loch-Drittel-Neutralisationsplatte. Naht der vorderen Syndesmosekapselnaht.
Danach beginnt der effektive Operationsbericht mit:
***OSBS*** mit 150 mm/HG, übliche OP-Feldvorbereitung. Ueber der distalen Fibula geschwungener Hautschnitt, Instrumentenwechsel, scharfe Präparation bis auf die Fibula.....
