Is "cerebral hemorrhage/brain hemorrhage" OK for this or should it be something more specific?

Kcda: I would chop off the word "massive" there is no indication in the source sentence stating the bleeding is of such an extent! The word masse here is crudely to be understood as "brain matter" or grey matter. Otherwise suggestion is okay!
