This one describes what I would call the "history of present illness". Any ideas what JL denotes?? Other sections include "family history" and the like.

  -> In the clerking notes that I have read, the clinicians have almost invariably described this phase in the assessment as 'HPC', followed by 'PMH', 'FH', 'DH' etc. denoting previous medical, family and drug histories, etc..
