aus einer Krankenakte, Frauenarzt. Patientin stellt sich in ihrer dritten Schwangerschaft vor.

In der Anamnese, 1 Aborte und 1 Abruptio graviditatis.

Ich bin mir sehr unsicher. Kann ich das hier mit miscarriage und abortion übersetzen, wäre das korrekt, ist das hier gemeint?

Für Einschätzungen wäre ich sehr dankbar.
