This is a medical report on a patient with pneumonia and pleural effusion. The adjective "hängend" appears twice in the details of the chest CT scan:

"... Großer auslaufender Pleuraerguss rechts, zum Teil dorsolateral an der Thoraxwand hängend. ... Links dorsal auslaufender Erguss sowie kleiner hängender Erguss im Lappenspalt ..."

My best guess is "hanging effusion"
