"Auch in Deutschland wird ASS zur Thromboembolieprophylaxe nicht empfohlen, da eine eindeutige Wirksamkeit von ASS im Gegensatz zum arteriellen Schenkel am venoesen Schenkel nicht belegt ist."

Roche translates it as "crus", but "arterial/venous crus" does not get any hits on Google.
