Sonderform des Pes planus (Senkfuß), bei der sowohl das vord. Quergewölbe (= Spreizfuß) als auch das Längsgewölbe des Fußes abgeflacht sind.

Definition of splayfeet: both natural arches of the feet (= important for the statics of the feet) are flattened as opposed to pes planus (flatfoot), where only the longitudinally extending arch of the foot is flattened.
