A try Explanation: I remember way back in the army, the Laufliste was the piece of paper you got, when you were transferd somewhere else or got out of the service. It was a list that had to signed by all the "important" people in the company/batallion. It meant that you were okay to go and had no more money to pay or equipment to give back. HTH |

Explanation: IMO a "Laufliste" is a list of more or less important things that have to be carried out regularly (daily, weekly, monthly)- the employees get such a list so that they can mark the points they have already done. The idea is that they don't forget anything and that the person working in the next shift knows what s/he still has to do - but this is experience from gastronomy... |
