Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals
German term or phrase: Wandfächer
"Der Kunststoff-Wandfächer für Prüfanweisungen beim Rollenschneider war stärker beschädigt und sollte erneuert werden."
Sentence comes up in a report of an inspection of a drug production facility. Perhaps some kind of 'wall holder'??
Thanks in advance.

wall-mounted document holder
Explanation:
There's a picture of one here, and I assume it is something like this that is being referred to:

I don't think they are suspension files - suspension files are the "pockets" that go in a filing cabinet (being "suspended" from the rails on either side of the drawer) to hold your actual files. I think this is a completely different concept.

Notes to answerer
Asker: thanks, might these be termed as 'suspension file holders'?

Asker: you're right, I mistook the picture in your link for cardboard, but in fact it is rigid plastic

neutral  casper: What do you think of "wall-mounted filing cabinet"? The French version of the website calls it "Classeur mural", which translates as "wall-mounted filing cabinet". http://dictionary.reverso.net/french-english/classeur

-> no, it's definitely not a filing cabinet - a filing cabinet, as that dictionary says, is "meuble" [furniture] - something that stands on the floor
